Refund policy
Because we are keeping items as close to wholesale price as possible, we are not currently offering monetary returns. However, we will accept returns for IN STORE credit if you return an unworn and new condition item within 7 days of receiving a package or picking up your item (See below for more specific conditions on this policy). Please contact Emily, Megan or Ashley for these returns. Our customers have also had great success re-selling their items on our Resell for Mae Facebook page! All items purchased on sale or from the "sale" tab are final sale.
**If you have received an item that you believe to be damaged, please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to look at each situation individually and offer returns and refunds as needed.
Orders can be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours by sending us an email or DM through Facebook. Orders canceled after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Here is how it will work:
Returns for IN STORE CREDIT:
-You will have ONE WEEK to return an item. These 7 days start from the time you pick up an item, or from the date the item is received in the mail.
-For PICKUP: at each pickup location you will “sign out” your item with your name and date it was picked up. This is how we will keep track of your 7 day return window. You are responsible to return the item to the pickup location before credit will be issued.
-For SHIPPING: You are responsible to contact a Mae admin and receive the address to ship your item back. When we receive the item, your credit will be issued. (*you will be accountable for shipping & will not be refunded for any shipping costs*)
In order to receive credit back for your item:
-it must be in NEW condition, never worn more than just a try-on
-it must have the original tags
